SDS held on the 12^th to 17^th November, the training of field staff for Phase 2 of the Baseline Survey for the Mindanao Inclusive Agricultural Development Project (MIADP) of the Department of Agriculture in Cagayan de Oro City.

The training was conducted at the Mallberry Suites Business Hotel with 18 total participants composed of four field supervisors and 14 field enumerators assigned to five regions and thirteen Ancestral Domains attending. Overseeing the activity from the MIADP project support office (PSO) were Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit Head, Jane G. Deita and Knowledge Management Specialist Butz Muyco.

Prior to the training, field testing of the survey instrument and focus group discussion (FGD) guide were conducted in Pigcawayan, North Cotabato.
